Team India is touring in Bangladesh and the first one-day-international took place on Sunday in Sher-e-Bangla. Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bowl first. Indian batsmen could not withstand before the bowling lineup of Bangladesh and they tumbled down for 186 for 41.2 overs. KL Rahul (73) is the top scorer for the Indian side. Rohit Sharma (27) and Shreyas Iyer (24) are the other top scoreres among the Indian batsmen. Among the Bangladesh bowlers, Shakib Al Hasan (5/36) was the best among the bowling lineup of Bangladesh bowlers. Ebadot Hossain (4/47) and Mehidy Hasan (1/43) bagged the other wickets.

Chasing 187 too was not easy for the Bangladesh batsmen. Litton Das (41), Mehidy Hasan (38 not out) and Shakib Al Hasan (29) are the top scorers. Bangladesh almost lost the match but the last batsmen made up to the target and chased it in 46 overs. Mehidy Hasan is awarded with the Player of the Match for his all-round performance. The second ODI between India and Bangladesh will take place on December 7th and the final ODI will take place on December 10th.
