The TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has alleged that late Y S Rajashekara Reddy has damaged the state to that extent, which was not done by any chief minister so far. He said YSR craved for money and with the political power he spoiled the future of the state to the core. Babu asked the Congress Party to decide whether such a politician (YSR) was a mahanetha (great leader) or great burglar.
He made these statements and leveled allegations against YSR at Renigunta airport before the media on Wednesday. He has also demanded Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Congress Party to take the responsibility over the damage caused to Andhra Pradesh by Y S Rajashekara Reddy.
Further, Babu said he had the responsibility—as a public leader— to throw light on the alleged illegalities of late YSR. To make a point, he has stressed that he took on YSR many times over the same. He alleged that Congress Party and Y S R Congress Party came together to spit venom on Telugu Desam Party. On the other hand, he said K Chandrashekara Rao and Y S Jaganmohan Reddy were playing political dramas in the state. Matters relating to match-fixing amongst parties would soon come to light, he added. (Phani)
