Raghuram Rajan who is an Engineer from IIT Delhi did his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.  Then he did his PhD on Banking.  Then he worked in Chicago University.  He was appointed as Chief Financial Advisor in International Monetary Fund in 2003 and made a record of youngest one to take such a high position.
