An Indian reveller gets daubed with coloured powder on her others faces during Vasantotsav ‘the festival of Spring’ in the west Bengal city of Siliguri. Vasantotsav is called in the rest of India ‘Holi’, the festival of colours when people smeared coloured pigments on each other.
