Indian movie Barfi shines at TOIFA

The maiden awards by Times of India to best personalities for their outstanding talent in various positions were given away late last night amidst a gathering of talent, intellect and personality. Bollywood flick Barfi, which was nominated from India to the Oscars, has shun at Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA).

In fact, the director of the movie Anurag Basu, actors Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D'Cruze got best director, best actor, best actress, best debutant awards respectively. The best debut (male) went to Ayushman for Vicky Donor movie. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor bagged best actor in a negative role for his splendid performance in Agneepath.

Notably, the awards' ceremony took place at Vancouver wherein international star Aishwarya Rai also marked her attendance!
