Vicky Donor aka actor Ayushmann Khurrana is believed to be sweating it out really hard at the gym these days. Reason? The actor is working hard to build a six-pack for his Yash Raj Film upcoming next that will see him in the role of a squash player.
And seems, he is quite close to attaining an enviable six-pack as revealed in the cover of the latest issue of Men's Health magazine.
Talking about his YRF biggie, the animated 28-year-old actor said, “This (the abs) is of course, for my next film Yash Raj Films project with Sonam Kapoor. I have some body shots in the film. I play a squash player, so that was the need of the character."
Ayushmann is the latest actor to join the six-pack bandwagon after the trend was kicked off by stars like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Ranveer Singh.
"I think nobody builds or tries to build abs without any reason. It's quite difficult, it's not easy. It is for a particular character," he said.
The actor, who feels more confident and fitter than ever further said, "I was very skinny as a kid and I was not as confident as I am right now. I was just another kid in the class and it was an all boys school, so I never used to crave for attention. It's not just about being in the industry. Anybody, be it a journalist or a cameraperson, if that person is fit, naturally that person will be confident."
Ayushmann's recently won the best debut award for his maiden performance in “Vicky Donor”at the recently held International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA).
