Sleep
Lack of sleep results in dull skin and puffy eyes. So sleep well at night. The human body needs around 7-8 hours of sleep to renew and regenerate itself. People who sleep less appear tired and dull. You will also get dark circles around the eye area.
Tea bags
Tea has cooling properties and does wonders for sleep-deprived eyes. Keep the used tea bags in your refrigerator after making tea. Place the cold tea bag over each eye when you wake up with puffy eyes after a late night party. Keep them there for some time for best result.
Ice packs
Dark circles can be reduced by placing an ice bag or a cloth dipped in cold water over the eyes. Just dab these over your eyes. If you are out of ice then keep a couple of spoons in freezer and use them to cool your eyes.
Pineapple juice
Pineapple juice mixed with turmeric is also a great remedy for dark circles. Apply this mixture under your eyes for quick result. It makes you appear less tired.
