Very recently, star wife Mana Shetty, her sister Isha Mehra and Sharmilla Khanna & Shaan Khanna joined forces to host a sale-cum-exhibition to raise funds for Araaish led "Save the Children India" initiative.

The exhibition — Araaish Trousseau — was flocked by B'town as well as fashion world glitterati like Kajol, Sophie, Sridevi, Maheep Kapoor, Mandira Bedi, Smita Thackeray, Queenie Singh and more.

Talking about the event, Mana Shetty said, “Araaish was started as a tribute to my late mother, Mrs Vipula Kadri, and Araaish Trousseau will mark our 25th show. It is the perfect blend of the worlds of glamour and philanthropy, and will go a long way in enriching the lives of women and children who are less fortunate.”

“Araaish Trousseau celebrated the big fat Indian wedding, complete with floral wedding décor, band baaja and dhol walas. Apart from clothes, jewellery, accessories, etc, the Save The Children India stall retailed handcrafted products made by young girls and women. The funds raised by the sale of these products will be allotted to Special Care Centre School for hearing-impaired and differently-abled children. The centre ensures nutritious meals, school uniforms, an easy commute and extra-curricular activities, in order to give a child a healthy, holistic education,” revealed Femina, a popular women's magazine.
