One of the quickest as well as easiest way to cook prawns is to pan fry them.
Start with a hot pan preferably a non stick. Add a little bit of melted butter or oil to the pan and whirl it.
The method can be the same while pan frying in case of Fresh raw or marinated prawns.
When the pan is quite hot, add the prawns in a single layer at the same time cook till they begin to turn pink as well curl about 30-60 seconds. Now, flip them over and cook the other side, then continue to cook, till they are cooked through, for another 30-60 seconds.
When they are cooked, remove them and drain them on absorbent paper before serving.
