TV ad on private parts disturbs public

Obscene ads always make news for bad reasons. After Tuff Shoes ad, no major advertisers are taking a risk of brining in sexual elements into advertisements although women is projected as tools of pleasure by some sick advertisers now and then.  A recent television commercial that falls in the same category reportedly disturbed many people and gave raise to several debates.  If we look into the details, Midas Care is airing a TV ad that promises fairer private parts. There is even a graphical description of the removal of darkness in private parts with the help of the cream.

The worst part of this commercial is that the husband shows interest in his spouse after she uses the cream.  Several advertisement professionals took on the ad and expressed grief that women’s private parts are also becoming advertising elements.  Even fashion designers feel that the ad was totally ridiculous, which only damages the dignity of women. Notably, this ad has even become a popular discussion matter even on the social networking website Twitter.

A user even pointed out that after watching this ad, he was expecting people to make ‘fair privates must’ on matrimonial websites.  Such kind of advertisements not only insult women but also the culture of the country. But astonishingly the company that released the ad came out with arguments to prove that there was nothing wrong in the advertisement.
