Amongst the hot debates related to AP political affairs, Jagan’s illegal assets case is seeking major space even in national newspapers. While CBI has got all evidences to arrest former Congress leader and Kadapa MP, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, why is it that the government at the state hasn’t given a nod to arrest Jagan? Is the question that has been bothering many political personalities in the state who wish to see Jagan behind the bars whereas loyal supporters of Jagan are happy that CBI didn’t arrest Jagan.  Now what could be the things behind not arresting Jagan? May be State Government is looking at the after affects of the arrest.  Law and order might definitely go for a toss as there are many loyal fans to late Y S Rajashekara Reddy who are also the supporters of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.

On the other hand, the Government might be unsure of how many MLAs will move out of Congress in case Jagan is arrested by the CBI. If something like that happens, Jagan may be behind bars but he might gain good space in newspapers and gain sympathy from scores of people in the state.  Also, this would take the future of Congress Party for a toss.  On the other hand there’s a talk among public that Reddy lobbying in the state is working its way for striking a deal with Congress.
