Actress Sandra Bullock has been sued by an insurance company for promoting watches under her name.

The actress had filed a litigation against ToyWatch USA in February 2012 for using her name and image to endorse a white-diamond encrusted timepiece that she wore in the Oscar winning movie 'The Blind Side' without her knowledge or consent.

However, the insurance company,  serving the watch makers, has sued the 48-year-old actress, afraid that they might have to pay out if she wins her case.

ToyWatch USA "might" have to pay Sandra through the insurance company if it loses its ongoing legal battle.

Not awaiting the court decision, the insurance company have decided to hit back by suing Sandra instead.

The court papers filed on 29th July, 2013seeked to know if the insurance company was obliged to make an expensive payout if Sandra wins her lawsuit against ToyWatch USA.
