Quiet shockingly, a 3-year-old Emirati boy was left in coma after eating a fruit that suffocated him.

Moreover, the boy who was identified as S.T.S, from Al Ain has been lying in coma at the ICU of Tawam hospital.

In fact, the boy’s father was shocked to see the rambutan fruit in its full size slipping inside the mouth of his son after that the boy could not breathe.

The father added that he turned his son upside down while started beating his back in an attempt to remove the fruit from his mouth. But still it did not work and the face of his son turned blue while he was hardly breathing and he rushed him to Tawam hospital.

He expressed that he really appreciate the efforts of the medical team who saved the life of his son while they spent about 20 minutes to remove the fruit from his son’s mouth moreover they gave him artificial breathing in addition to first aid.

As a conclusion, he added that his boy is in coma now and they are hoping for his fast recovery.
