Ingredients required for Pineapple Kesari
Sooji/ rawa: ½ cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Pine apple: chopped ½ cup
Ghee: ½ cup
Water 11/2 cup
Cashew nuts: few
Cardomom powder: little
Food colour(orange or yellow): 2 pinches
Preparation method of Pineapple Kesari
• Slightly dry roast rawa
• Roast slightly in ghee
• Add chopped pine apple
• Boil water separately, add food colour, Cardomom powder
• Add boiling water to rawa
• Cook till water evapourates
• Now add sugar
• Cook rawa on medium flame
• When it starts leaving the sides of the apn, ad cashews and turn flame off.
