Story
The film is a sequel of 'Ragini MMS' and begins where it had stopped. 'Ragini MMS 2' picks up from the prequel with Ragini being locked in a mental asylum. In this sequel Parvin Dabas portrays the character of a director who wants to shoot a film based on Ragini's story. Sunny Leone plays the heroin of Parvin's film. He intends to shoot the film in the same deserted house, where the supernatural incident happened in Ragini's life.
Analysis :
'Ragini MMS 2' is described as a 'horrex' (horror+sex) movie by the filmmakers. And true to its genre it stays on course. As the film progresses you will get to see lots of skin show from Sunny Leone and there are moments of spookiness that will genuinely scare you. Besides the climax does not fall flat and keeps your interest intact.
The film had a solid story from the prequel and the writers have weaved an interesting back story to the strange and spooky incidents in the film.
The music is good. 'Baby Doll' and 'Chaar Botal Vodka' had become popular numbers much before the release. Watching the chart busters on screen added to the sizzle quotient of the movie.
Performance :
Fans of Sunny Leone will not be disappointed. Her acting has more of oomph factor. In one of the scenes she fakes an orgasm to perfection. Allowing Sunny to play herself works well for the movie. Sandhya Mridul plays the role of a C grade starlet and becomes annoying after some time. Don't have your expectations high and you will sail through the movie.
