Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn came up with Action Jackson and Drishyam this year out of which Action Jackson ended as a debacle at the ticket window. Drishyam was a decent grosser and Ajay is juggling between couple of projects currently. He has been working on his dream project titled Shivaay which has been delayed due to various reasons. Ajay has now decided to shoot for the movie as the movie needs to be shot in extreme climates. Ajay Devgn is directing and producing the movie on Ajay Devgn Productions banner.

As per the latest update the shoot of the movie will commence from November 7th in Mussoorie which will be shot over there for two weeks. The movie unit will move to Hyderabad for a short schedule. Then the unit will move to Bulgaria where 70% of the film will be shot. Ajay has been to Bulgaria recently and planned the schedules. The shoot of Shivay will take place in Bulgaria till February with which the complete shoot will be wrapped up. Sayesha Saigal is the heroine in the movie. The movie will hit the screens for Diwali next year.
