AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi, has opened mouth today for responding on former Environment Minister Jayanthi Natarajan’s comments. She alleged that he was intervened in her regular duties and even forced her to change her decision.

While addressing gathering in Delhi rally, he said “I have always fought for the poor” and I really insisted her to stop some proceedings in favour of tribals and poor people. The so called intervention was also about this cause only.

Rahul said: "I asked Jayanthi to protect the environment, the poor and the tribals. I'm not afraid of saying it and I will continue to do so." "I will fight for poor till my last breath. I am not scared of it," he said all in Hindi.

However political analysts are expressing awkward over his comments and statements.
