Three Influential Indian Alumni of UK Universities, get awarded by British Council

As a factor of pride, The Three most influential Indian alumni of universities in United Kingdom, have been recognized and awarded by the British Council for their spectacular endeavour and achievements to the country.
In a media information given by British Spokesperson made a statement that,”Three UK alumni in India were recognized for their outstanding achievements as business professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders, and for their important contribution to strengthening collaborative ties between the UK and India”.
The given recognition to alumni, was named as “Professional Achievement Award” wish has honored them with regard to their exemplary leadership positions in their respective professional fields.
The award was presented to Saumya Saxena, an alumni of Cambridge University and university of Oxford.
Speaking about the credential of Saxena, Spokesperson of British Council said that "Saxena is internationally recognised for her assistance to the Law Commission of India (LCI) in assessing the feasibility of a uniform civil code. Her work with Justice Verma Committee which was set up to revise rape laws in India has had an impact on every woman in the country,” in a media briefing.
Another award was given to a post graduate of the University of the Arts., Ruchi Shah, with regard of creating positive and social transformation.
The Award of Entrepreneurial achievements, was given to Sushant Desai, a post graduate from the university of Edinburgh, with regard to his role in business innovation.
