Man tried to hire hit man to kill Ex-Girlfriend and her family, arrested behind bars

Atlanta, GA:
Indian American man in Texas was charged and has been arrested with solicitation of capital murder, for allegedly trying to hire a hit man, kill his ex-girlfriend and her family because, she rejected him, as per the prosecutors report, on Thursday.

The suspect was identified as Rajesh Bakshi aged 54, he was accused of trying to pay a professional killer to shoot a women, her parents and her boyfriend.

The suspect was also recognized as an under cover Houston Police officer. He was charged on four counts of solicitation of capital murder.

The suspected criminal Bakshi, belonging to Pearland, was taken in to custody, on Tuesday by a joint effort of, the Harris County District Attorney’s Major offenders divisions and Houston Police Department.

District Attorney Kim Ogg said that, this operation saved lives in a very sensitive situation

And also asked reporters to imagine, how bad this incident had been if not been, uncovered before it got to the hands of real hit man.

As per the police investigation, Bakshi had previously dated the targeted woman, and had been harassing her for months and allegedly been violent to her in the past, according to the court papers.

After being rejected, he sought to have the people shot by a professional killer.

Towards his plan of execution, Bakshi allegedly made approximately $1,500 down payment, along with the photographs of each person he wanted them to be killed, and asked the killer to sprinkle Cocaine on the bodies, to escapee from being caught in the crime.

He also had nearly $13,000 more in cash available to him when he was arrested.

Capital of murder carriers up to year life in prison.
