Atlanta Attorney TEX Mclver Found Guilty Of Murdering His Wife

A sensational Verdict broke out Mid noon hours of Monday confirming Atlanta attorney being found guilty of murdering his wife Diane in the year 2016.

The Jury members contemplated well for four days before announcing the verdict on Monday afternoon.

The verdict came out after confirming that Diane was deadlocked in SUV. The Juros reported the judge that they cloud not come to a single opinion unanimously on four of the five charges, the judge asked the jury members to continue consulting. Within two hours of time they returned back to the Judge with appropriate guilty verdict on four of the five charges against Mclver.

Mclver primarily appeared to face a 5 count indictment, on charges of Murder and aggravated assualt, he was charged with influencing the witness by compiling her to lie by changing the story on a brief report to the police.

The prosecutors said that he tried to influence the witness and the charges were dismissed earlier in the trail.

As the arguments went on the Judge instructed the Juros that they can also consider the involuntary manslaughter altering to the charges on murder.

Hers the break down of the verdict for each of the charges

Ct. 1: Malice murder – Not guilty
Ct. 2: Felony Murder – Guilty
Ct. 3: Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon - Guilty
Ct. 4: Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony - Guilty
Ct. 5: Influencing witnesses - Guilty

Verdict on all the above charges were announced before Mclver who sa Stone facedt before the judgement bench hearing the ruling made against him  

The verdicts describes that a person is stated to be guilty of felony murder, if they kill some body while committing another felony, in the case of Mclver, it was evident assault with deadly weapon.

Felony murder Confirms a mandatory life sentence behind the bars.

Attorney Mclver was led out of the court room in handcuffs and taken to the Fulton country prisoners jail, sentencing to implement with immediate effect from next date.
