Atlanta received a perfect score of 100 on a national report which evaluates protections for gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual people.
The annual Municipal Equality Index was released by the Human Rights Campaign. It accesses policies, laws and services related to non-discrimination in the nation's cities.
