The unmanned Progress M-27M spacecraft, which failed to reach the International Space Station, has reentered into Earth's atmosphere and burned over the Pacific Ocean in the early morning hours of May 8, as per media reports.
The space cargo ship has reportedly entered the dense atmosphere at the 160th coil above the central part of the Pacific Ocean. The spacecraft was burnt and small particles would reach the Earth’s surface, and the debris may not be harmful to the living organisms on the earth.
The spacecraft has lost its communications with the control, when it was carrying a cargo of 2.5 tons (food, water and others) to six crew members on board the ISS.
