Of late, America has been invading into the Internet space to amass limitless amounts of data from emails, pictures and social media accounts as a part of its hush-hush surveillance. National Security Agency (NSA) and FBI have been accessing the servers of Facebook, Google, Yahoo, YouTube, Microsoft and many other US-based internet companies to harvest data.
The shocker was revealed to the Guardian by US' biggest whistleblower Edward Snowden.
As reported, the US government has shelled out huge fee to these companies. Nevertheless, tech companies have denied any association with NSA or FBI.
