The Andhra Pradesh chief minister Kiran Kumar Redddy is all set to take part in Prajapatham program that is scheduled to take place on April 21.
As a part of the programme, the chief minister would be touring Chitoor and Kadapa districts on this day.
He will first arrive at Koduru on April 21 and from there he is scheduled to leave for Mangapeta that morning where he would be laying foundation stone for several colonies. From there the chief minister will reach Rajampeta by afternoon where he will kick start several developmental programmes. Later in the evening he will be gathering with people in Ontimitta village. Kiran Kumar Reddy would then leave for Kadapa in the late evening and will stay back there for night.
The prajapatham programme is presumably one of the developmental programmes being directly overlooked by the chief minister. Political experts are of opinion that the chief minister is holding this programme in the wake of the by-polls to 18 assembly constituencies that are round the corner. It has to be mentioned here that late YS Rajashekara Reddy and his son Jagan had strong hold in Kadapa while TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has strong hold in Chittoor district. The Congress, with its developmental programmes, is reportedly looking forward to cornering YSR Congress as well as TDP. (Phani)
