The former TTD Chairman Adikeshavulu Naidu son was arrested by police on Monday at Hyderabad. Srinivas Naidu is alleged to have used force and threatened, in a land grab case. Police say that in response to the complaint was filed by Madhsudhan Rao, manager of Prasad Seeds. As per the complaint, the site bearing the survey number 806, in an area of two acres belonged to Prasad Seeds. The site was located in the Industrial hub of Medchal in the capital. The land housed some sheds and labor quarters constructed. The issue over the legality of ownership was in the court.
However Srinivas got an injection order from the court on the issue. On Monday he took some of his associates along with a few bull dozers. The men stealthy entered the premises and damaged the hutments and the sheds. They also threatened the people who tried to oppose the force, with dire consequences. The complaint also says that the company has documents to prove that the premises belonged to them. Subsequently Srinivas was arrested by the police and charged a case under the IPC 427, 447 and 506, against him. (With inputs from internet: AarKay)
