The CPI state secretary Narayana has termed the chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy statement as unwise. It may be noted that Kiran Kumar said the time when he took up the charge as the chief minister was not a good one. He has said that not just in the state but the Congress party was in a weak position even at the Centre.

He has also said that any government—which doesn’t solve problems—will be in the same position. He further said that how can chief minister blame the time and luck when there was so much of internal criticism in the state.

Narayana has also took on the chief minister for arresting the activists who were taking part in prajapatham programme that was being organized by the CPI.  Talking about by polls, Narayana has said that their party would be declaring the by poll strategy.

It may be noted that it has been a bumpy ride for Kiran ever since he took up the charge as the CM. Probably this made him come up with statements like his time was bad. (Phani)
