Kadapa MP and YSR Congress chief, YS Jaganmohan Reddy has paid tributes to legendary actor and politician, Nandamuri Tarakarama Rao (popularly known as NTR) in Warathippa village of West Godavari district that triggered a new debate in the state among news analysts and politicians. While NTR was the founder of Telugu Desam Party, it’s a known fact that Congress is strong opponent of this party in the state. It was NTR who overthrew decades of Congress rule in the state way back in 1980s. It may be noted that Jagan was in Warapathippa village to unveil statue of late YSR. After unveiling ceremony, he joined hands to nearby NTR’s statue. Also, he asked one of his party’s followers to offer garlands to NTR’s statue.
