The Government has grabbed our land to construct the golf course in Nanakram guda, wail land owners of the area. The Nanakram guda Plot Owners Association today complained to the CBI in Hyderabad that they were forced to part with their lands for construction of the golf course. The association represented by the President Kadiyala Rajendra met the CBI Joint Director Lakshminarayana, today and submitted the memorandum, in this regards. He also requested the CBI to investigate further on this issue. The memorandum, states that the lands belonging to the association members was taken over by the authorities and was given for the golf course. It also requested the CBI to look into the discrepancies of the then ruling government.
Incidentally a high level team from the EMAAR-MGF from the National capital was present with the CBI, during the same time today. It may be noted Emaar MGF, the firm that built multi-storey towers in the Commonwealth Games Village, was directed by the Delhi High Court on Monday to pay Rs 16.19 Cr dues to the Delhi Development Authority.
