DJ Tillu is one small film that caught everyone's attention. The movie released on Saturday and it impressed the youth bigtime. The film is directed by a debutant Vimal Krishna and Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Neha Shetty played the lead roles. DJ Tillu received positive response and the box-office numbers are outstanding considering the budget. DJ Tillu collected a theatrical share of Rs 13.36 crores in its first week which is huge. The theatrical rights are picked up for Rs 6.3 crores and the film was made on a budget of Rs 6 crores. The non-theatrical rights are sold for Rs 6 crores.

The makers and the buyers pocketed huge profits through DJ Tillu. The movie is produced by Sithara Entertainments. Sricharan Pakala and Ram Miryala composed the music and Thaman worked on the background score. DJ Tillu is expected to have a stupendous second week as there are no major releases. The movie will end up as a massive hit in its final run and it is expected to touch Rs 20 crore mark. Here are the areawise first week collections of DJ Tillu:
