Analysis
Bharat Ane Nenu has an engaging and decent first half which commences on a smooth pace. The director took enough time to build up the characters and he has been convincing enough in the process. The love story sounds decent and Kiara Advani is a treat to watch. The interval episodes have been packed and the songs have been shot well. On the whole, the first half of Bharat Ane Nenu looks decent and keeps the expectations high on the second half.
Bharat Ane Nenu fails to be consistent during the second half as it dips down frequently and bounces back. Though some of the episodes have been well shot, the film fails to make much impact because of the poor writing and the dragged second half. The climax has been simple and completely predictable. On the whole, the second half of Bharat Ane Nenu suffers interesting narration and ends up predictable.
Performance
Mahesh Babu tops the show with his flawless performance throughout. The actor looks stylish and stupendous on screen throughout the film. Kiara Advani is a huge asset for the film though her screen presence has been limited. Sarath Kumar and Prakash Raj carried the film well and all the other actors performed well in their assigned roles.
Bharat Ane Nenu has an interesting plot. The screenplay and dialogues make no impact for the first time in Koratala Siva's films. The music has been ok and the background score looks apt. The cinematography is an asset for the film and the production values have been grand and lavish. Koratala Siva for the first time suffers interesting narration and emotional drama.
Final Word
Mahesh Babu steps out with a decent film which has been laced with a huge dose of political drama. The film will appeal to a limited section of audience.
