Story
Killing Veerappan is the real story of cold blooded criminal and smuggler Veerappan who has left the police of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka speechless for over 20 years. He started as a person and became a power and the movie is about the deadly operation named Cocoon which has been specially designed to kill Veerappan. Ram Gopal Varma did a lot of research and collected much information after which he presented the life story of Veerappan. Watch the movie to know about how Veerappan has been killed.
Analysis :
Ram Gopal Varma who gained huge popularity for his interesting narration has once again proved that he is one of the top directors with Killing Veerappan. The first half of the movie has been interesting in every frame. Varma managed to generate curiosity throughout the first half which is the major highlight of the film. The complete film has been shot in dense forest which elevated the film well.
The second half of the film too has enough interesting episodes to make the audience engaging. Though the movie dipped down at times the film caught pace at the much needed time during the pre-climax. The climax has been shot extremely well to end the film on an impressive note. On the whole the complete second half of Killing Veerappan too has enough things to talk good.
Performance :
Kannada Superstar Shivrajkumar is the major highlight in the movie and he performed the character of cop with enough ease. He has performed the action episodes with perfection. Sandeep Bharadwaj, who is a well-known drama artist knows how to showcase the emotions. He has been stupendous as Veerappan in the movie and is the major highlight of Killing Veerappan. All the other actors have delivered out their best for the film.
The story of the film has been taken out from the information provided by the reliable sources of Veerappan and Ram Gopal Varma has taken lot of care on the script. The screenplay and the dialgoues have been gripping enough. The cinematography and the background score are the major highlights of the movie. The editing has been nitchy and the production values have been grand enough. Ram Gopal Varma completely succeeded in coming out with an intensive thriller in the form of Killing Veerappan.

Killing Veerappan is an impressive film that comes from Ram Gopal Varma after a huge gap. The movie reveals many interesting facts about Veerappan and his death.
