Imagine a Saturday night TV programme or a movie marathon at home. Instead of munching on fries and chips all through the movie which will significantly bulk you up bad with lots of fat and unhealthiness there are greener and better ways of snacking up for a movie.
Go for snacks like boiled corn. Cut up vegetables, fruits for the weekend night well before. Cut them into good sizes and portions. Store then in air-tight food-grade containers and store them in the fridge.
When you start your movie, take out the serving sizes of snack for the movie and rejoice. This eliminates the laziness before a movie to cut and peel the vegetables which may force you to look at chips and other unhealthy options.
