Dhoni aims to win WC as gift  to Sachin

As the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is about to turn 38 shortly and preparing to show his full mettle as a Mahendra Singh Dhoni, ODI world cup tournament, Sachin Tendulkar batsman in the forthcoming ODI world cup which could probably be his last, captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni said that the team is very much anxious to make the world cup tournament a special and memorable one for their beloved cricketer Sachin.

Since 1992, Sachin has featured in five one-day world cup tournaments and been reaching milestone after milestone in every tournament in his segment of cricket but the only disappointment for him is the absence of  a glorious world cup title each time in the cupboard of Indian cricket.

The statement of Dhoni clearly indicates that the Indian team will make every possible effort to win the title in this edition of the world cup tournament and to keep the memories sweet for ever. “Winning the title this time would be a gift for our beloved cricketer Sachin,” he said taking pride in his words.
