Hollywood's most cheered on-screen couple and 'Falling in Love” pair Meryl Streep and Robert De Niro are set to return together again on the big screens for the fourth time with the celluloid adaptation of the novel “The Good House”

To be directed by Michael Cunningham and produced by Film Nation and Tribeca Productions' Jane Rosentha, the film will be the couple's fourth movie together.

"We knew right away with (producer Jane Rosenthal's) and Michael's demonstrated talent and Ann's bestseller that we have the opportunity to create something truly entertaining," Karen Lunder, executive vice president of production at FilmNation, said in a statement.

"It is undeniable the authenticity and chemistry Meryl and Bob will offer us as they bring these characters to life," he added.

Streep and De Niro have earlier teamed up for movies like "The Deer Hunter" and "Marvin's Room".

In the new film, Streep will don the role of a recovering alcoholic who rekindles a romance with a former flame, played by De Niro, in a sleepy town of New England.
