Today, the Delhi High Court was known to have ordered that a perjury case must be registered against Bollywood actor Shayan Munshi as well as ballistic expert Prem Sagar Minocha for turning antagonistic that's aggressive during the time they were positioned in the murder trial of model Jessica Lall.

Following which a division bench of Justice S. Ravindra Bhat as well Justice G.P. Mittal also discharged 17 other witnesses in the case. On the contrary, as a result of getting charged with criminal offense they may get seven years maximum punishment under the perjury case.

While moving flashback of the incident on the night of April 29-30, 1999, the model was shot dead at Tamarind Court which happens to be a restaurant owned by socialite Bina Ramani located in south Delhi’s Mehrauli area.
