It is very common to encounter the problem of constipation and tight motions during the pregnancy period. Many try to intake the lax and free tool medicine, which is literally harmful to the woman as well as the fetus or foetus.

Along with the mentioned food, you can go for simple physical exercises and body movements as suggested by obstetrician and physiotherapist correlating to your gestation period.
