There may be time when you don't feel like working out, when go through such situations try to do the following workouts.

No need to be a good dancer,i go for dancing when i fell like not to workout,searching out in you tube for dance steps or on your favorite song try dance randomly in your bed room dancing is the perfect exercise for the days when you don’t feel like working out.

Yoga can make you relax after a stressful when you just cant find energy to work out.youga definetly helps you to relax,it can also be a great work out especially when you cant makeout to work in gym.

While on regular working days when you feel not like working just divide the work into regular intervals.if you have working for an hour take break after one hour then continue on.

While you have to make calls into exercisejust wal and tak, walk around your huse while catch up you friends,if you owe your parents more than a few calls,then turn into weekly events,call your mom while walking around your house.

Incorporate exercise into your daily life,normally if you go to office or clases by your bike instead of that see if there is possibilities walking,cycling.By this you’ll be amazed at how little lifestyle changes can help your body on a daily basis.

Work out during the commercil ad without missing your favorite tv shows rather than skipping your workout in favor of your favorite television shows.
