When some want to lose weight, then and their they directly go for fasting but going for fasting to lose weight is right option? so to clear such doubts here are some tips for fasting:

To lose weight instead of fasting for hole day dieters can restrict intake of food to approximately 2000 kilojoules (500 calories) a day for women or 2400 kilojoules (600 calories) for men.  

To lose wieght rather under going fasting, you can have protein foods but it must be counted toward your caloric intake.(Have diet in lighter manner)

As all are well aware, several physicians advise patients to skip meals, sometimes for a few days, before prescribing them a controlled diet.fasting hastens the destruction of the decaying tissues of the body by means of hunger, and then builds new tissues through nutrition

Chronic stomachache, Inflammation of the colon, Liver diseases, indigestion, Obesity, arteriosclerosis, High blood pressure, Asthma, Diphtheria and many other maladies.

Further here are some tips without going for fasting which will regulate your weight,.

After having balece diet you should go for an exercise program , where you can get your micro nutrients

Choose a diet which suits yourlifestyle. A stay a home mom can choose a diet which involves cooking a balance diet such as weight watcher . A women who work about ten hours a day should not choose a diet very low in calorie it can result in snacking or catabolizing.    

Stay away from plans which allow fewer than 1200 calories a day

Choose a regimen which have been approved by reputable nutritionist or institution

A good plan should teach you how to keep off the weight.
