Superstar Rajinikanth is one of the most famous actors around the globe and his movies release widely all over in many languages. He is currently shooting for his upcoming movie Kabali in the direction of Ranjith PA. The shoot of Kabali is currently going on Hyderabad and the shoot of the movie will be wrapped up by the end of December. Huge plans have been made to celebrate the birthday of Rajinikanth on December 12th and Rajini is turning 65 this year. Even the makers of Kabali planned to release the second poster along with the first look teaser of the film.

Rajinikanth even planned to launch his next movie Robo 2 in the direction of Shankar on the eve of his birthday. But the huge destruction of Chennai because of the recent rains left the whole Tamil Nadu in deep shock. Superstar has announced that all the celebrations have been cancelled because of the sudden devastation of Chennai. Rajinikanth donated Rs 10 lakhs for Tamil Nadu CM Relief Fund and he requested his fans all over the world not to celebrate his birthday. Instead he asked his fans to participate in the relief activities and help the affected.
