Ginger
Ginger is the best home remedy to treat food poisoning. It is effective when it comes to getting rid of abdominal pain and cramps. Take a mixture of grated ginger and honey for good results. Remember not to drink water immediately.
Banana
Ripe bananas contain high pectin content and can deal with diarrhea. The water soluble fiber, pectin can reduce diarrhea. Potassium, which supports various functions of the body, is rich in bananas. Have banana daily till diarrhea subsides.
Yogurt
Yogurt is a great home remedy. Particularly, if yogurt has live bacterial cultures such as lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium. White Rice
Plain rice is the best food during diarrhea as it is easily digestible. By adding bulk to the stools, it can reduce the amount of stools. Eat small amounts of rice without adding spice to it till diarrhea subsides.
