Wanna taste spicy veg dish! Lets prepare Green chilly chutney to feel spicy flavor. Spicy and hot green chilly chutney is also known as pachimirapakaya pachadi in Telugu. Mostly, this dish is prepared in the regions of Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema.

Ingredients:
Green chillies: 1 cup
Garlic: 1 big clove
Tamarind juice: 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Salt: required
Oil:3 tsp
Bengal gram: 2 tsp
Sesame seeds: 2 tsp
Curry leaves: 10
Coriander: 1/2 bunch
Turmeric: 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Take a pan and add oil.
2. Now add green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and stir with spatula.
3. Add some turmeric to the mixture, after few minutes turn off the flame.
4. Once the mixture gets cool, take the content in to the blender and add turmeric juice and salt for taste.
5. Blend it for a coarse paste.
6. Now take a pan and pour 1 tsp of oil and after it gets hot add curry leaves and Bengal gram.
7. After a couple of minutes add the blended mixture and turn off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves .
8. The hot spicy dish is ready to serve.
