A good and nutritious food is all you require during your pregnancy. It is advisable to feed yourself time to time with food in order to cut the feeling of hungriness, but at the same time filling your stomach only with fruits and usual things can make you bore. So try this delicious recipe which is full of nutrients
Energy bars
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil-1/2 tsp
Oats-1 cup
Dry roasted peanuts-1 cup
Peanut butter-1/2cup
Sunflower seeds-1/2 cup
Dates-20 pieces
Eggs-2
Kosher salt-1 tsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Chocolate chips-1/2 cup
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Take a square bake pan and grease it with vegetable oil.
Put the oats, peanuts, peanut butter, sunflower seeds and dates in a food processor and grind it till finely chopped.
Whisk the eggs, salt and vanilla in a bowl. Add the mixture to the food processor and pulse it again for few minutes till perfectly mixed.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake it.
Remove from oven, once it is done.
Cool and cut in to pieces.
Store it in a jar.
