Rumors spread about Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor's cinematic debut in the direction of K.V. Vijayendra Prasad, who was the writer behind 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and 'Baahubali'. But, Sridevi denied the rumors about her daughter’s film entry with Dulquer Salmaan, Malayalam heartthrob. She added that she wants Jhanvi to focus on education as of now.

Sridevi told IANS that, “She (Jhanvi) has just completed graduation. Her focus should be on education now. Contrary to reports, she hasn’t signed any film yet. She’s young and it’s too early for her to think about acting.”

The famous actress added that it is up to the destiny to decide the course of the career of her daughter. “If it has to happen, she will enter films. I never planned to be an actress,” Sridevi said.

Sridevi awaits release of Puli

At present, Sridevi is looking forward for the release of Tamil film Puli, which is a comeback film of her. Tamil film Puli will release across the world on 1 October 2015 even in Hindi and Telugu as well. Directed by Chimbu Deven, Puli is staring Sridevi, Shruti Haasan, Sudeep and Hansika Motwani in lead roles.

The makers of the Puli movie released another trailer of Puli, which has become viral now. More action sequences and CGI works are brought in second trailer of the fantasy film.
