Vidya Balan has been shooting for her upcoming movie titled Begum Jaan and the shoot of the film is progressing in Delhi. The actress is said to be essaying the roles of Rani Lakshmibai, Razia Sultana and Mirabai. These episodes are said to be quite crucial for the film. These episodes are said to be highly narrative and will have enough scope for Vidya Balan to perform.

Begum Jaan is a Hindi adaptation of National Award-winning film maker Srijit Mukherji’s Bengali film, Rajkahini. Vidya Balan too is working hard to reprise all the characters in the film. She has been specially trained for horse riding and is shooting for Begum Jaan. The movie is being produced by Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt on Vishesh Films. Begum Jaan is all set to hit the screens during March 2017.
