Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, 72-year-old actor is ready to appear in “Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi”, an upcoming TV show. Expectations are ahead to see him in the show in an avatar that was never seen before.

The host of gaming reality show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” said, “Having started my television journey with STAR India, I was always looking to associate with Star Plus again. However I was keen that we come together for a befitting show that carries forward the legacy.

Amitabh also starred in ‘Yudh’, a fiction miniseries. He said in a statement that, “When I heard about Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi, I instantly connected with it. I genuinely believe that media is a powerful vehicle to inspire change but we have to achieve this in an entertaining manner. What I love about this show is that it is a thoroughly entertaining show, but has its heart in the right place. I am really looking forward to it.”

Anurag Kashyap is directing fiction miniseries Yudh, a thriller-drama series even featured celebs such as Tigmanshu Dhulia, Sarika and Zakhir Hussain. However, the series that goes for a month could not garner similar positive response from audience and critics.
