During the launch of the ‘Tamasha’ trailer’, Deepika Padukone addressed Ranbir Kapoor, who was her ex-flame, as bro. This led to a lot of whispers and a lot of laugh. It happened when both the stars were asked to comment on a new proposal to not to allow users to delete Whatsapp and other social networking messages for a three-month period.
Ranbir quickly said, “In that case, refrain totally from sending objectionable messages. Then my advice to people having girl friends and boyfriends would be to avoid sending flirtatious messages to strangers.”
Ex-flame Deepika Padukone had patted on Ranbir’s shoulder saying, “What an answer bro!”
It was then the assembled media whispered ‘bro’, due to which a brief silence was maintained by Deepika and then regained her composure.
Deepika Padukone wished her ‘Tamasha’ co-star saying, ‘On Ranbir’s birthday, I wish him lots of love and happiness’. On 28 September, Ranbir Kapoor is turning 33.
As a reply to the question about her gift to Ranbir, the leggy lass said, “He has everything… What more should I give? Just lots of good wishes, love and happiness to him.”
Imtiaz, Tamasha’ director, interrupted to suggest Deepika to gift some cash to him. “Cheque will also do,” Kapoor munda added jokingly.
