Bollywood KingKhan has achieved a new record on micro-blogging site twitter by getting 105980+ retweets for a tweet, which came along with an image containing SRK and former ‘One Direction’ member Zayn Malik.

Earlier, PM Narendra Modi had the record of 73,450+ retweets, which was highest for an Indian so far. His tweet on 16th May was the highest retweeted one for an Indian. SRK’s tweet on 18th April saying, “This kid is so cool. May Allah bless him. Dinner time at the Asian Awards,” has become the highest retweeted one.

At Asian Awards, Khan won an award for his ‘Outstanding Contribution to Cinema’, while Zayn Malik was honoured for his ‘Outstanding Contribution to Music’.

The important thing here should note is Zayn Malik, whose tweets received more than 650,000 retweets, has retweeted SRK’s tweet.

Currently Shahrukh is having 12.6 million followers over twitter, while PM Modi is having 11.8 million followers.
